Scope of this policy
- Suspicion of a violation
- A violation has already been committed, is currently being committed, or is likely to be committed (including, but not limited to: harassment, theft, fraud, and bribery
- Non-compliance with legal obligations whether arising from statute, rules, regulations or contracts.
- Threatening the health or safety of any individual under threat, or potentially at risk of death
- Damage caused or likely to be caused to the environment that falls within the scope of the company
- Intentional concealment, or potential concealment of, any of the above
