The adult Intensive Care department at Hayat National Hospital Group provides safe and effective Consultant-based- intensive care services to all adult patients. These services are provided by highly trained and qualified intensivists, nurses, respiratory therapists, physical medicine therapists, and dieticians. Those services are also supported by clinical pharmacists, infection control practitioners and, social workers. The Services are provided 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Patients are managed by intensive collaborating and closely communicating with other medical disciplines and subspecialties. Intensive care unit provides care to various types of patients including strokes and other cerebrovascular events, hemodynamic instability and respiratory failure of any etiology and postoperative patients who need post-op ICU care.
